What do I get with membership?
As a member of CEO Moments, you receive:
- Access to monthly community events held in Sofia.
- Inclusion in an online group with other members.
- The opportunity for consultations with a team of experts.

What is the duration of the membership?
Membership is on an annual basis from the moment you join the community.

How can I apply for membership?
Currently, the community is by invitation only. If you would like to join, leave your email, and we will notify you when registrations for Sofia open.

What does it mean to be a CEO according to the club’s criteria?
To become a member and gain full access to CEO Moments' services, you must meet the following requirements:

- Be an active Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Managing Director (MD), Country Manager, Chairperson of the Board, or hold an equivalent executive leadership position in a company registered in Bulgaria or abroad.
- Be an owner/founder with the largest stake in the company (if there are two individuals with a difference of no more than 3% in company shares, both may join).
- The company (or companies) must have a minimum (total) annual revenue of €1 million. If the Bulgarian entity is part of an international company, only the revenue generated by the Bulgarian legal entity is considered. In cases of managing multiple companies, the total revenue is taken into account.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a CEO but must not have held an active CEO position in the past two years.

What are the principles and values of the club?

What kind of events are organized?
The event formats vary, but our primary focus is on high-quality business networking. Each month, within 2-3 hours, we aim to provide high value through:
• Networking meetings and thematic discussions.
• Events with guest speakers on relevant business topics.
• The discussion and resolution of real business cases.

Where are the events held?
All events are held in person in Sofia and are not streamed online.

Are the events paid?
Regular events are included in the membership. Additional fees apply only for events with:
• Extended duration.
• A specific program.
• An external location.

Do you allow members from the same industry?
Yes, our goal is to build a supportive and sustainable business environment. However, if an existing member has concerns about a competing applicant, their opinion will be given priority consideration.

Can I participate if I am not in Bulgaria?
Yes, we have no geographical restrictions. Physical attendance at events in Sofia depends on the candidate’s availability, but access to the online community and networking opportunities with other members is available year-round, regardless of location.
